| If you ordered a downloadable product, go to My Account. You will find the link at the very top of this page. Log in with your email address and store account password. Under My Orders, click Review Orders/Track Packages. You will see a list of your orders. You will find your downloadable product there and in the column to the right of it, you will see a link that says: Download File(s) >>>. Simply click that link and it will open to the Order Status page. Above the purple box you will see an arrow and a message that says: Click Here to Download the Files You've Purchased. Just click on that and it will take you to the download page. |
