Shipping and Returns
What if I need expedited shipping
  There is not a way to request expedited shipping via the shopping cart as we use a fixed rate shipping method. If your have a request for expedited shipping please contact customer support. We will see if we can accommodate your request.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the shipping cost. We use a fixed rate shipping method and the shipping cost for each product is also listed on the detail page for that product.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Products are generally shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase and each product ships from an independent vendor. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped within 24-48 hours of shipment. After placing your order, you may also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to confirm whether it has shipped.
