Description   The Chakra Affirmation Healing Cards have been designed to help you clear, balance and restore your energy field. The cards provide you with a basic understanding of the charkas to awaken your body’s energy system and guide it back to its natural state of wholeness and joy, through affirmations and colour therapy. The deck features 56 cards in total, 1 information card about each chakra and 7 affirmation cards each, relating to the seven major chakras – Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. Each affirmation card is colour coded with each corresponding chakra colour, allowing you to use these cards as colour therapy healing cards also. They can be used alone, with others in a group or as part of a meditation. Each chakra affirmation card can be used as a daily practice or as a protective visualization before an event or healing session. Listen to your intuition when using these cards and be creative. 1. Pick an affirmation card each morning. Focus on the affirmation, and then close your eyes and breathe deeply into your lungs, repeating the affirmation in your mind, and allowing the healing words to resonate deeply in your body and soul. 2. Visualize the corresponding chakra colour in that particular area of your body, and send it all the love, peace and energy you can, in order to heal and balance the chakra. For example, if you have picked a heart chakra affirmation card, deeply breathe in the colour green into your heart area and watch the beautiful colour green spread all around and deep into your heart. Reaffirm the affirmation from the card you have just picked. Sit in silence for a moment to affirm wholeness and joy in your life. 3. Lay the cards out and pick a card that you feel drawn to. Read the card and tune in with your inner self to see how this resonates with you. Are you in balance with it or is there work that needs to be done to bring it into balance. Perhaps it resonates with something that is happening in your life, for example if you are drawn to the throat chakra card perhaps you are holding back from speaking your truth... 4. When working with another person you can place the cards on each chakra and tune in to the energy and the colour of each, and let them work their magic as you perform a chakra healing or energy treatment session. 5.
